Welcome to eSystem Training Solutions, your convenient online source for training. 
eSystem Training Solutions offers online courses geared specifically towards climbers.  Our curriculum is the result of decades of experience in the field working on all types of communication structures.  The courses offered will help you get acquainted, or refreshed, with knowledge pertaining to the skills and equipment that is commonly used in Telecommunication Construction.  While our courses are written for the Telecom industry in particular, the knowledge is applicable across a large variety of occupations in aerial construction.  

Our online courses are designed to give the student exposure to the subject matter with knowledge checks along the way.  At the end of each course, the student is given the option to review the material before proceeding to the final exam.  Each course includes a final exam to test the students knowledge of the subject.  The final exam must be completed with a minimum grade of 75% and reviewed to 100% understanding.  The student will only have one opportunity to take the final exam.  Upon successful completion, the student will be issued a certificate and wallet card and the course grade will be saved on the Student Transcript.  

Getting Started

The system differentiates between two types of users: Self Registered Users and Company Accounts.  

A Self Registered user is a single individual who is registering and completing online courses and only needs access to their own course certificates.  To get started as a Self Registered User, simply click the Course Catalog above, select the course(s) you are interested in and complete the registration and payment processes.  

A Company Account is an account that associates all trainees within a company to the same file allowing Reporting functions across all employees.  This type of account will be handled by a designated Account Admin who will add trainees, purchase training and check progress for their direct reports.  A company account is available for any company with 5 or more employees.  To set up a Company Account please contact us directly at (210) 861-3140 or via email at info@esystemtraining.com.  If you would like to make a bulk purchase - courses for more than one student - please call today to learn about easy options for processing payment!
